Apple Mentor - Free Tutorials For Mac Users

Hello and Welcome!

Apple Mentor is a place where you will find free tutorials that will help you learn how to take better advantage of your Apple hardware and software. Whether you want to use your Mac as a digital hub for devices like an AppleTV, iPod, or iPhone, or you're just looking for a way to share your pictures with family and friends all over the world, you can find a tutorial here to help you.

Towards the top of the page you'll find the navigation menu, so dive in to one of our free tutorials and start learning. If you feel like something is missing, please send us a sentence or two (or many) in the form at the bottom of every page and let us know what tutorials you'd like to see in the future.

We are just getting started here at Apple Mentor, so check back soon. We hope to become the host of a vast collection of tutorials and knowledge covering most everything a Mac user could want to know.

Everything is free, there is no catch. You don't even have to sign up for an account. We're not looking to spam your e-mail address or collect membership fees. Apple Mentor is just looking to provide a quality service for the Apple community. We stay afloat on advertising, and if users feel like it, donations. Other ways users can help is by sending us a quick suggestion for additional tutorials we can add to our database.

An Apple Mentor Quick Tip:

RAM is the memory your computer uses while its "thinking." When your computer has more to think about than it can hold in RAM it'll temporarily use your hard drive as additional memory. However, accessing data off of your hard drive is slower than from RAM. Thats why upgrading your computer's RAM can be such a benefit.
